Cancellation Policy

Tijas Development Foundation appreciates the support and contributions made by donors and members. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to cancellation of donations, memberships, or participation in programs.

1. Donation Cancellation

Donations made to Tijas Development Foundation are voluntary contributions for social welfare activities and are generally non-cancellable once processed. However, cancellation requests may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transaction due to a technical error
  • Incorrect donation amount entered during payment
  • Accidental payment made by the donor

In such cases, the donor must contact the organization immediately with the transaction details.

2. Membership Cancellation

Members may request cancellation of their membership by contacting the organization through official communication channels. Upon cancellation:

  • The member’s participation in organizational activities may be discontinued.
  • Any previously paid donations or membership contributions may not be refundable unless otherwise decided by the organization.

3. Program Participation Cancellation

If a participant wishes to cancel their participation in any training, campaign, or program organized by the foundation, they must inform the organization in advance. The organization reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests depending on the circumstances.

4. Processing of Requests

All cancellation requests must include:

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Transaction or membership details
  • Reason for cancellation

The organization will review the request and communicate the decision accordingly.
