We provide shipping services across all states and union territories of India.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders/requests are processed within 2–5 working days after confirmation.
Custom-printed items (such as ID cards, certificates, kits, etc.) may require additional processing time.
4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time: 5–15 working days
Remote areas: 7–20 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service provider.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on gift type, weight, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered under certain schemes or promotional offers.
6. Courier Partners
We use reliable and recognized courier service providers for shipping.
The selection of courier partners is at the sole discretion of the organization.
7. Order Tracking
Once the shipment is dispatched, tracking details (Tracking ID) may be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available).
8. Delays in Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or logistical disruptions.
The organization shall not be held responsible for such delays but will provide reasonable assistance.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The organization shall not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the member.
Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If the delivered item is damaged or incomplete, the member must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, appropriate action (such as replacement) will be taken.
